The Capitol of all of Panem, the seat of the government and where the tributes are brought prior to the Hunger Games. Unlike the people in the Districts, the people of the Capitol live in high luxury.

District Thirteen now stands empty and in ruins, after being bombed at the end of the rebellion. It was once in charge of Graphite Mining and Nuclear Science. Underground however, District Thirteen still exists.

The old arenas have been opened to the Capitol residents as tourists attractions, with tours and reenactments for those who visit.

A large forest that covers the Eastern Portion of Panem. It is forbidden to enter the forest and hunt there.

A large stretch of prairie land between the forest and the mountains.

To the west of the plains is this tall range of mountains.

On this board, you may rp with characters outside of your character's district.

Any posts on this board will not be considered part of the roleplay's main canon (your character shouldn't have any memory of the events outside on the main rp boards).

You may roleplay here with deceased tributes, or simply in other parts of your current characters' lives.

On this board, you may start up our own version of the Hunger Games at any time. Just remember to abide by the rules.
